My new year resolution: Fighting Against Tiredness

Journal 2: Your New Year Resolution

Why people make year resolutions? Are they truly willing to accomplish those their plans? My answer was always, "No, I don't think so. They make just same resolutions as last year. So I did not like to even think about new year resolution.
But, things have changed since I got to California. It is hard to present obvious reasons why I have been changed, but the one thing that I am sure about is that I started new life in California. It gave me strong motivation not only about my English but also my life in general. So now, I am a type of person who makes new year resolution.

I want to talk about my major plan. Tiredness followed me everywhere when I was in Seoul. I partied too much and worked too hard. Koreans usually are known for hard workers as well as they work crazy. After starting working, my mind had gone to somewhere. I should party hard because I worked hard. Three years after that kind of life pattern, I realized that my body didn't function very right: I was always tired.
Since I quited working and left every night party, I will be healthier and do more excercise. Again, I want to be healthier and feel less tired this year!
